The player is Open Source Freeware; it contains NO
advertisements, and it will play most of your audio and video
files as well as DVD, Audio CD, VCS, and various streaming
protocols. When you have installed VLC you can then click
on the audio or video file you want, and choose to Save it on
your computer and play it with the VLC player.
